The assignment was to take an organic object (I chose mushroom) and make a graphic design out of it; the design didn't have to be recognizable but did have to be balanced with a-symmetry. This assignment also had to be done in a colour gouache with the use of white in a minimum or 4 tonnes or so.
No black was allowed, so whatever colour we chose, it in its purest form was the darkest that there would be. Done on 10” x 15” Bambridge 80 illustration bored with medium being gouache |
